  1. No driving while impaired
  2. Closed-toed shoes must be worn while racing
  3. Long hair & loose clothing must be secured while racing to avoid injury
  4. Helmet & seat belt must be worn at all times while in the kart. Optional neck braces are available.
  5. Remain seated at all times while in the kart
  6. All racers must attend a drivers briefing prior to each race
  7. No  hitting of other karts
  8. All flags and lights must be obeyed at all times
  9. Direction of the track marshals must be followed
  10. Never exit the kart while on the track
  11. Minimum age: 14; Minimum height: 4' 10"
  12. Spectators that go out into the track viewing area must remain behind the railing at all times
  13. No beverages allowed in the track viewing area
  14. You must have a wristband to race

Failure to follow any of these rules may result in immediate loss of racing privileges. There are no refunds of racing fees.
